Food was amazing. Made on the spot, fresh, hot and with plenty of vegan options. Very satisfied, will come back again.
Placed an order online for the convenience of picking it up without having to wait inside. The order confirmation stated that... the food will be ready at 5:44. When I got there they had not started it yet. They scheduled one person (who did the best shecould) to be a host, waitress, and cashier all at the same time to cut company costs. The recent reviews here are pretty spot on. Over the few times that we have eaten here, the noodles were soggy, the meat dry,... and the kids food very sweet (almost like a spaghetti-o with soy sauce?). The staff is very friendly - they do make you feellike this is a normal sit down restaurant, so that's a positive. But the food just isn't up to par. For the same money, youcould go to Pei Wei. For a few dollars more, you could go to PF Chang's. For a quick bite to eat, and if you're in the area,it's a decent choice. But if you can drive an extra five minutes, there are much better choices. I ordered the Brisket fried rice the taste was not pleasant, the brisket tasted old and raw and the rice was hard as well. I... also got my son the noodles and chicken with macaroni from kids menu, his noodles were hard. The macaroni sauce tasted funky.Overall not a good experience and most definitely will not be returning. I mentioned it to the front guy who took my order, allI got was a sorry.
