I AM SO EXCITED BECAUSE....MEXICAN PIZZA IS BACK!!! I stopped going to Taco Bell because they stopped serving/selling 2 of my... most favorite things...obviously Mexican Pizza is one, the other one is the Taco Salad. I know the whole Coronavirus thingcaused everyone to have to tighten their belt so I don't hold that against TB. I also ordered "from the App" and I was given afree Doritos Loco taco but SADLY it never made it home for my son to try! It was MUY DELICIOSO! It was my first time ordering itand if I ever get the extra money to go out to eat there again, I plan to order another one! I gave the store in Bentonville 3.5stars and that's being generous, because I stood and waited to be seen for a few minutes, and then tried to make noise to getthe girl working the counters attention several times before I finally raised my voice and said EXCUSE ME..I don't like drawingattention to myself that way and I never got an apology from anyone, even after I said that I had been there for at least 5minutes. If she would have been helping her coworkers, I wouldn't have minded but she was playing and yakking. I will be goingback there, just to see if anything changes and to get a Mexican Pizza! ???? First, let me say, I really appreciate the people at Taco Bell being there in order to serve us dinner. I know that working in... the food service industry can be incredibly thankless. The positives: despite us showing up at 10 PM, and every other place inBentonville seemingly closed, these people were here and made us dinner, which was very helpful, considering that we weretraveling at the time. The food was good. No one got sick and we had a place where we could sit down and visit with each othersince we were visiting family from out of town. They didn?t have to let us in, but they did. I really appreciate them forthat. The cons: the team there really didn?t want to be there and it was obvious. It was difficult getting people to beattentive to us at the counter. The restaurant wasn?t particularly clean. We could hear people ordering from the drive-throughone customer at the drive-through ordered a ?party pack?. This caused the restaurant workers to yell the ?F-word? loudly. Then, and I?m not kidding, the unaware drive-through customer said, ?No. Actually, make that two party packs? to which theworkers yelled the ?F-Word? even louder. Look, I was in the army?the language doesn?t bother me. I also ?get? that a lot ofwork making people?s dinner probably isn?t a lot of fun?. But with us in the restaurant at the time, it really hit home that theworkers probably weren?t happy at our presence either. Again, we were able to get something to eat. The quality was what Iwould expect from Taco Bell, and I appreciate being able to sit down at such a late hour. Read more

I don't know why people hate on this amazing spot. I am sitting here patiently waiting for 35-40 minutes and only a couple... people so like I have the place to myself. I got to punch in my order and clean my own table..really is like being at home. Onlything to complete this experience is cook my own food. And honestly because I didn't get to do it all, 3 stars. Why are you looking at the reviews? This Taco Bell is the same as all the others Taco Bell?s. You?ll get your order pretty fast.... Workers are really chill and good to strike up a conversation with. They?ll mess up your order nearly every time whether byforgetting to put an item in the bag, not taking off the tomatoes, not grilling the burrito you want grilled, etc. It?s never aconsistent error, but it?s a constant error. You know what you?re getting here, and you?re willing to take the risk, the foodisn?t terrible, and you don?t have to cook tonight. Read more
