I rated you 5 because usually your pizza is ooey gooey with lots of sauce, cheese and great crust. Today, on our way home from... outpatient surgery I was dying for the above-mentioned. It was mediocre at most. Crust was dry, not much sauce and the cheesewasn't stringy. Maybe your.pizza maker was having a bad day? Or whatever. Used to be excited to get Ralph and Rosie?s pizza, but it?s clearly gone downhill in recent months. I get that your slogan is... ?within the hour? for pizza delivery, but most people will understand if you get slammed. Please don?t say ?within the hour? ifyou know it won?t be delivered for over 2 hours. Or maybe suggest pickup if you can?t deliver within the hour. Waiting 2hrs fora pizza might have been worth it, but the pizza we got delivered tonight was definitely 2 hours old. I could?ve gotten a betterpizza from Crosby?s. Not to mention the last time we ordered, it was also late, and the time before that, they only brought thewings for our order and not the pizza. Then had to drive back, get our pizza and re-deliver. Ralph and Rosie's is one of our all time favorite places to eat. They have amazing food. We normally get pizza. The specialty... pizzas are awesome, but a good old cheese and pepperoni with sweet sauce and cup and char pepperoni is the best. I also lovetheir bbq chicken wings, and country sweet wings... Very disappointed with the order I received today. I purchased their large special and had asked for pepperoni on the whole... pizza and received only half the pizza with pepperoni even after double checking with the person on the phone. Also orderedmushrooms on half and they were basically all on one slice the others in the half were almost bare. Another thing that wasmissing was the sweet sauce. There seemed to be very little on the pizza which was extremely disappointing as it's the best partof the pizza. Chicken wings were very good which was a out the only upside of the whole order Unfortunately did not noticethese things until I had brought the pizza home which is a out 30 minutes away and did not want to waste the time going back.This purchase was made 3 hours before closing so I don't see any reason why any of this should have happened. Needless to say Iwill not be returning unless major things are changed or I am compensated after years of loving the pizza and service. Read more
