Overall great experience and will be back. Ribs were very sweet; good but not quite the fall of the bone tenderness I had... hoped. Sauce was a bit much. It’s fine but wouldn’t get it again. Shrimp creole was delicious. Came with rice and greenbeans. Potato salad was a good pick for a side. Unfortunately, the ribs already came with a side of potato salad so weunintentionally doubled up. Wish our server would have warned us. There was a short wait for 2 on Sunday. Goodambience. I’ve heard the fried chicken is the star of the show so I’ll be back to try it and may adjust my review. I’ve been wanting to try this spot for a few months and I wish I would’ve gone sooner! I was impressed with everything we... ordered from the appetizers all the way to dessert. Angeline’s is true to the Cajun flavor you’d expect from Louisiana stylefood. In my opinion service doesn’t make the food taste any different, but our waiter was awesome and made the experiencethat much better. Read more

My date wanted to try this place. I hadnt been in 4 years, so I figured I'd give them another try. I ordered the buttermilk... fried chicken. The chicken was plentiful, but bland. The cream gravy was a must. The green beans were tender and the sweetpotato mash was semi sweet at best. I really enjoyed the hurricane. I felt the alcohol upon leaving. My date ordered ShrimpCreole. It was surprisingly sweet, instead of spicy. The rice helped cut the sweetness. He ordered the Hurricane Mimosa. It camein a flute glass. A lot of champagne and a little juice..perfect. Not sure we'll come back here. Read more

I’ll keep it short…So we order a bunch of things from the menu and each and everyone was absolutely delicious. The food is... tasty, we’ll portioned and very good to great! The service while young, was attentive and good. If you can get in, get in andget whatever is on the menu! It’s all delicious! Read more

Okay, but just okay. It was probably just my expectation wad too high. I was thinking about the fired oysters they once had, but... they’ve removed that from the menu long time ago. So I had the fired chicken and strawberry lemonade. The lemonade was awesomeon balancing the sweet and sour flavors of the drink, but there isn’t anything about the chicken that makes me happy. Even themashed sweet potato has more flavor than the fired chicken itself. The service and environment is good. It’s okay to try once. Read more
