Not only is the food amazing, deep dish pizza Chicago style, but this location is important for its inclusion and positivity... atmosphere. You can tell by walking in the doors how much pride goes into the shop. The service is amazing anyway of the week,and staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and options. Have never been let down and is always my last stop while visitingCalifornia, yes I gladly make the 4+ hour drive. Cannot recommend enough and is a must stop in my opinion. Read more
Absolutely my favorite deep dish pizza. They're really not stingy about putting in quality ingredients into their pie. The... result is a deep dish that has very good balance between sweet, salty, tart and umami. The aroma is also surprisinglyrefreshing. The mozzarella was generous and it's satisfyingly stringy when you pick up a piece. The crust is a proper pie crust,a very good snack on it's own. The regular pizza is also pretty good, seriously a proper and succulent pizza still adorned withquality ingredients. The tomato sauce is very good with precise amount of garlic infused. Ambiance is ok-ish but the service isgreat and very attentive while not judging the eaters like us who confused on how to properly eat a deep dish. Kudos. Price isquite affordable. I seriously don't know why I didn't eat more of Zachary's when I was a student of the nearby college. Nowthat I live a million miles away I can only replay how good it tastes in my head. Read more
