If you don't know what flavor donut you want, I would go to another location. Tried to go to this location twice recently and... both times, the lobby has been locked. The drive thru at this location was not planned very well and is not convenient,especially if there is a long line. So sometimes, it's more convenient to go inside. I don't always know what I want and thetimes I have used the drive thru, they were out of the donut I wanted. If your short staffed, then post a notice on the door asto why your lobby is not open. Don't just lock the door and force everyone to use the drive thru. Read more
got what i ordered quickly but they forgot my coldfoam on my coffee and then said that i never ordered it and that i would cost... extra 70 cents so i got upset and left. Also their drivethrough speaker is horrible and they can barley hear you. Read more
Their coffee was like I was drinking hot water with milk. Common guys how do you save on coffee when it cost around $0.30 cents... per cup? Read more
I order through the app and this location locks the door and forces everyone to go through the drive-thru. Very inconvenient... when you?re picking up a mobile order and have to wait for everyone to order in the drive thru first. Not to mention today therewere multiple people working in the store and yet they still locked the door. Terrible service. Read more

If I could give this no stars I would. This is the closest location near my job and according to their updated times they open... at 4am. On numerous occasions I pass at 530ish and purchase through the app and it?s closed. Once I came and female employeetried to nag me for ordering through the app and arriving ?too soon? and I proceeded to tell her that it would be the same if Iordered at the voice box. I don?t understand the audacity to be upset over a long wait/line yet I?ve seen them rushing in at 5?! Do better by arriving 15 minutes before opening so you have everything ready at 4. Read more
