if i could put 0 stars i would. my friends invited me for lunch for my birthday and they called in advance to let them know we... were on the way although it was close to closing time. They said it was okay. Expecting hospitality, we were rushed the wholetime, got our plates pre-bussed the second we dropped our forks and given the check to pay before we even finished our food. Wasnot offered dessert as I was hoping to get some for my birthday, and just rushed the whole time. They turned off all the lightsand we putting on their coats sitting feet away from us waiting for us to leave. When we paid, we tipped as much as we thoughtour server deserved, and she came back asking for a minimum of 15% and that we have to add more to the tip. However, tipping isnot mandatory and I am a big believer in tipping generously. I can?t believe we were asked for more money when we ate our foodin less than 45 minutes and there was no service. We got 2 minutes to look at the menu and she was already asking for us toorder and decide. I can be super understanding when it comes to restaurant staff because I have years of experience working atseveral. This ruined my birthday and I can?t believe I experienced this. Great sushi at an affordable price! They also have a full bar which is great. I definitely recommend!
First time, sushi rolls were very good, enjoyed the nobu roll which mixed the flavors of tempura avocado and two spicy fish.... Also found the gyoza very good. This was take out and the service was quick and friendly. Read more

Sent my mother in to pick up my order of food that was placed over the phone. I gave the woman operating the phone my mothers... name for the order and when my mother came in to pick up the food and pay, she was charged for the completely wrong order andgiven the wrong food, the name on the ticket was even wrong. Instead of the 14$ worth of sushi I had ordered, my mother wasassured by the hostess that the order was correct and it was 40$. Upon calling them back, the woman was rude, and claimed shehad asked my mother for a phone number (which she did not) and the phone number on the ticket of the order was a number neitherof us had seen before upon inspection. Upon going back to the restaurant and requesting a refund on the 40$ order and to begiven the proper 14$, the hostess was rude, insisting it was our fault and not hers for giving us the wrong order and also saidwe wouldn't be refunded unless we went back to our house and brought her the other order. (Keep in mind its about a 15 minutedrive for me, and over the phone she never specified she wanted the food returned for us to be given a refund). I imploreeveryone reading this to stay far away from Nagoya, apart from the extremely disrespectful manner in which I was treated, thequality of the food doesn't even make up for the poor service. I implore you to look into other options in the area, such asAikou in Warren, or any other sushi restaurant in the area. Won't be ordering for Nagoya ever again that's for sure. Read more
