I hadn?t ordered takeout in some time because the last time I did they messed up my order. I placed my orders online so it... shouldn?t be hard to get the order right. Guess what I should?ve stuck to that because I ordered tonight and they messed it upAgain! I once again paid extra for things that I did not get and was so disappointed once I got home and saw that they weremissing. I called up there to tell them and their response was for me to come back to get the items I was missing. Nope. Whatabout my inconvenience? I then tell the manager Mike who I was taking to that I wanted a new burger made the way I ordered it.He tells me he can give me a credit for next time. FYI: I am a Berkley resident (10+ years) While I can?t say I?ve ever had the same wait staff person or ever had the same... bartender as a previous visit, they all have been great. The food is good. I think I?ve only ever had a burger. I like a burgerwith a lot of toppings and Bagger Dave?s allows my inner (messy) child to go crazy. Pico, fresh onion, sautéed mushrooms,Guacamole, cheese, and a good amount of sauces to pick from. My son and I love to split a shake after we eat. This place sucks !! The table was covered in dirt. Salad was old and rotten. Dirt in the fries too, probably because they didn?t... wash them, I don?t think that dirt was from the table. We tried to eat here, but 30 minutes after we placed our order for beverages (45 minutes after our arrival) we were still... waiting on my daughter's milkshake. Made a third inquiry with our waitress about the shake and received a muttered expletivefor asking again (note, we're not even talking about a food order yet, just drinks!) Requested the manager, but was told he was"too busy" to talk to us... so we left... hungry, frustrated and, candidly, angered over the whole experience and theinappropriate treatment we received. I really love going to the Bagger Dave's... in Berkley, they always give fantastic service and I don't remember ever having an issue with the food, other than the one timethe guac and pico was too spicy, but that's only because the jalapenos weren't cut small enough.
