I wish I could give negative stars. I was there 1 week ago, ordered a sandwich and coffee and left. Started eating on my drive... home and almost choked on a piece of plastic in my sandwich. Rather than get a lawyer and be all sue happy I contactedcorporate, they put me in contact with the area manager...he offered a refund and gave an apology ???????. Needless to say Iwill not be going to ANY dunkin ever again....I used to be a daily customer too ???????. I wish I could give a half a star. This Dunkin has no inventory at any given time. Sometimes they have zero bagels sometimes... it?s no donuts AT A DONUT PLACE. The people who work there ( always the same 3 people) are all half asleep or could care lessabout their job and they all make the coffee the exact OPPOSITE of how it is requested. When they do actually have the food youwant, it tastes terrible due to lack of quality control. The food is either burnt or soggy, the coffee is always be extreme, waytoo sweet and way too cold or super hot and burnt and bitter. The inconsistency of this branch is ridiculous. I?ve wasted enoughmoney on their bad coffee and inedible food. Who would have thought putting pre made food in an oven was so difficult? I don?tknow who owns this franchise specifically but they need to stop by every once in a while to see how their money is going toWASTE on employees who don?t care or food that they don?t have.
