Walking this mart on a break driving through, decided to get something quick while stopped. The sign said Cheese slices... $2.00. It was $2.85 at payment with tax. I got a small slice with a large bald spot of no cheese in the middle. Crust was hardwith no flavor. A bit too blackened. Cheese and sauce blend like Ellio's. I wish I had waited a few more feet as there wasanother place by the exit with $2.25 plain slices that were bigger and looked much better. If walking this place, wait untilthe exit for Pizza. Are parents always took us the the Berlin flea market as kids. We would always get the pizza and they would always go to the... clam bar. These memories are priceless. I remember this pizza like it was yesterday. Back then it was two sisters making thepies. They have since passed away but the pizza is authentic. I have never found a pizza like there?s. Really don't understand the hype over this place. Told I had to try it while visiting. We ordered meatball sliders, chicken... tenders, fries and a slice of pizza Meatballs were dry and tasteless. Bun was stale. Fries tasted old. Chicken was dry. Pizzawas gross.Pizza sitting out for display with the inadequate air conditioning is food poisoning waiting to happen. Overpriced andover hyped. The only plus was wait staff was attentive and polite. I'll stick to my New York pizza back home. SAVE your money. Read more
