They one didn?t have their door unlocked on the side of the building and it was 1pm, then I walk in to the old lady manger... yelling at a young male employee. Then this poor guy tries starting my order but she is consistently handing him insult afterinsult. After my sub is done toasting I get to her side, where she is extremely rude to me and left a huge portion of my subwithout avocado, I left it alone though cause she scared me low key. Then I politely asked if the cookies where fresh because uknow sometimes u have left over cookies from the day before u need to sell. I can?t really review the food because I never got to order.. I was literally ignored. I walked into place an order and they... were obviously in the middle of a large order - I patiently waited while they all complained about making the order and talkedtrash about the customer. After about five minutes, I was thinking someone would acknowledge me and say ?we?ll be with youshortly, thanks? or something to that affect, but they said nothing. I felt awkward just standing there while three employeescarried on with their conversation about how much they hate their jobs, so I left. Pretty awful service and it shows managementeither encourages this behavior, or just has no involvement in the day to day operations. Judging by the other reviews, thisisn?t an unusual experience - I would be cleaning house and restaffing. Do better. Read more
