THIS IS DUTCH BROTHERS (Leonides kick)! There is always a line andnow I know why! The coffee is smooth and does not have any bitterness to it. The picture perfect blended was delicious. It seems they are hiring people who don't hold the values and emphasis in customer service as they first did when they arrived... in this area. Every time I come to this location they seem annoyed at my order and when I tell them it doesn't seem right theyfight with me, they literally tell me I'm wrong. I get the same drink at 2 other locations in the area and they taste the samebut when I come here for some reason they just can't get it right. I always tip well also, either the $2 or $3 or 25% dependingon the options it gives after payment and they could care less. Don't be in customer service if you don't like people plain andsimple. 1st and last time ever coming to Dutch Bros! We told the young lady in the drive thru that we had never been here before and she... said okay you can look at the menu and order at the window and walked away. We waited in line over 15 minutes, never made it tothe window when the same young lady came back and said are you ready to order.....I said no, I haven't seen the menu yet. Shesays "the menu is online". I TOLD HER I'VE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE! How would I know that???
