They redesigned this dunkin, and with the redesign, you can't use the bathroom without a code from a receipt. Do you need to... use the restroom right away? You plan on buying something anyway? You're out of luck, you got to get in line and get thereceipt. This Dunkin' Donuts here, in my opinion, is increasingly losing its customer service. They all are, every place is,but these folks to a greater and faster extent. I don't know who's running this Dunkin' donuts, but I do know that they are notemphasizing customer service. They'd rather have a customer accident on themselves, Policies like per bathroom use should gothe way of the dinosaur, but instead, low customer service orientated places make them standards.
