Seriously I place a hundred Dollar order and they don?t give me the specific items that they gave me problems about while... ordering? Then my 11 piece family meal is all LEGS ???? Like you have to be kidding me. I?m a paying customer and for me toreturn and then I?m given the remainder of my order that is completely UNEATABLE. My shrimp was burned to a crisp. They were slammed when I went in. Took an HR to get my online order and it was wrong too. They did their best though, a couple... employees with poor work ethic and a few that busted their tails. I would dedicate 1 person to doing online orders and 1 todoing walk in orders. Very confusing walking in after an online order. Processes were very inefficient in my opinion. Many Popeyes restaurants have incredibly poor service for whatever reason! I entered this one anticipating the same thing, and... boy was I wrong! Excellent staff! Very polite and articulate young people! I was informed that it will take 10 minutes tocomplete my order, and the manager personally came to apologize.
