Had to go back 3 different times. A friend had ordered online the food n was told it was confirmed went to pu only to be told... they had no orders from him on their computers. The 3rd time he actually videoed him ordering again and saying what he ordered nthen sent it to me to go back the 3rd time to get our damn food. They looked at video pretty much said nothing we can do if wedon't have a name on the order. Couldn't even offer to help us by maybe letting us know maybe if there was something he wasmissing n not doing to push the order all the way thru didn't even just take what he wanted to order when they heard him on thevideo n just go ahead n get it together since I was there already. Nothing just sry Nothing we can do bout it. I doubt I will begoing back cuz the manner n employer were no help n was rude by not taking the time to actually help get it figured out so wecould get our food. Service was fast and the lady at the drive thru was very friendly. The food was definitely up to KFC standards. My husband... tried the chicken sandwich for the first time and said it may put all others to shame. He highly recommends giving it a try ifyou haven't. Read more
Food was good. Staff was friendly. Mixed up a potato w/gravy side, but otherwise all was as ordered.
The chicken was very tender and delicious along with the mashed potatoes and gravy not too salty just enough for the tongue,... taste buds to be happy, corn wasn't watered down or squashed, and the biscuits were golden brown and had a perfectoutside-crunchy & inside-soft texture.
