Absolutely horrible service. This is the 2nd time I went through the drive thru to get food and I am ot impressed with the... customer service either time. And this time I ordered a BBQ grilled chicken sandwich asked for a sweet tea and no tea so I got aDr pepper. I was told 5 minutes on the chicken and after sitting and waiting 10 minutes I went in to get my order. Now Inormally don't complain about braums but twice in less than a week and the service at night time is horrible. I have over 30years in customer service and I would be ashamed if this was my night crew. Read more
Every time that I has gone to this location I have had a problem. I used to love to go to braums. I have found hair in my... sundae. I had drinks that tasted awful. Then this last time I waited for fresh food for them to just not even put it in. If Ihadn't plan to eat it that night. I would have been stuck with out it. So I will never go back to this location.
