I used to frequent this location because of it?s convenient location, but the service is truly poor. The drive thru takes such a... long time. I?m not entirely sure why, but they seem to move at a snail pace. Additionally, if you come later in the day thedonuts will not be fresh. I decided to venture off to the DD next to I-84 in the gas station in Danbury and their donuts aremuch better and they move MUCH faster. I wish that were the case at this on since it?s super close to my house. I do hope theservice gets better. Read more
Back in March 2021 this place was the bees knees, super fast drive- up window service that was hard to believe. Now, it's... August, I've been patronizing the place regularly for 5 months, and the service is a husk of what it once was. I don't know whatchanged or why, but today's lunch run was disappointing. I asked for extra and didn't get it. I asked for sweetened and gotunsweetened. It's not the first time this has happened, which is why I'm leaving such a negative review. I don't like leavingnegative reviews. I don't have time to run back in to have my orders fixed though because I only have 30 mins for lunch.
