Literally waiting in the same huge crowd of people for about 15 minutes waiting for our drinks to be done, because only two... baristas are making drinks while the third is just standing talking to a girl the entire time and has MAYBE made 2 drinks inthat amount of time. If there wasn?t about 20 people waiting I wouldn?t care, but idk how you can stand there barely workingwhen the other employees are trying to catch up. Read more
Staff is nice enough and my order is always made correctly. However this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They will... have more employees than customers and it still takes 10 minutes for them to make a drink. Read more
The customer service is generally pretty good which is why I?m giving this location 2 stars, however my recent experience is... inspiring me to average previous experiences with the -10 experience I just had. Not only did the barista berate me (for reasonsknown only to him) but then proceeded to talk about me with the cashier while I and my children were within earshot. Abominablecustomer service and unprofessional behavior. Get your coffee fix before going to the mall. Or better yet, go visit GloriaJean?s upstairs. That?s what I?ll be doing in the future. Read more
