I ordered curbside pickup on my lunch. I arrived and went to the pickup window,where I proceeded to get screamed at by the young... gentleman saying he's not giving me my CURBSIDE PICKUP order since I did not wait in line. (7-8 cars in line to ORDER FOOD) Mindyou I choose the option to pick up in restraunt but they keep doors locked at this location. Wanted to try to get food and the lady said she wasn?t taking orders and it?s 8:30pm on a Wednesday and they were all standing... outside smoking cigarettes while another person was trying to intimidate us while driving away because we were unhappy with theservice. I've attempted to go to this Wendy's FIVE different times and have never been able to get food. Somehow their system is always... down? Either they need to get their system fixed or more employees to work. I rarely review things but the excuse not to serveevery time is astonishing. Read more
Pathetic food quality. I?m not one to complain in fact. This is the first public complaint I?ve ever made regarding food... quality. Wendy?s corporate does not offer an easy way to complain whatsoever. That is not the issue. The issue is, the raw foodthese trash workers hand out. I?ve worked at a Wendy?s before. Specifically the one in bethel park which I ordered from. Iworked there about ten years ago? You press a button and the food comes out cooked and if it?s fresh off the grill and not heldin a uhc (universal holding tray) In this case is a separate grill to hold temp. You finish cooking which takes less than thirtyseconds. Not hard. I?ve never once served undercooked food anywhere I?ve worked for I am not lazy trash. The last three timesI?ve ordered from here in the past two years because for some reason I keep giving them a chance. They?ve given RAW food unlessit?s a Jbc. This is utterly pathetic. I wish not to look down on anyone but come on? this is sad. You press a button and havelittle to no expectation other than making sure the food is cooked (if ordered before the initial rest cooking method utilizedby Wendy?s to assure a fresher product given the fresh never frozen beef which I contest to be true) DO BETTER WENDYS. Y?allhave the best food if cooked with as little as a gram of care. DO IT. For crying out loud. I hope those reading reconsider andgo to Burger King or McDonald?s for the quality of food is much better. Although I wish that was not the case for Wendy?s issuperior in my opinion. Horrible place went through the drive through and the employee Justin was rude practically through the drinks at me, using foul... language while I have small kids in my car. Waited for ever for my food when there was no one else around. The big girl with allthe body piercings was just as rude as well using foul language I asked a question and she she had an attitude with me droveaway and realized my food was cold and hard like it was sitting out for hours.
