Had an foul experience at this location. workers swore at me for simply going inside ,after leaving drive thru and parking up... front. I asked politely for my receipt and a straw for my order in which one of the coffees were half full to begin.. mostlyupset at the lack of GOOD customer service. i?ve worked for similar places to this one, and with proper adequate training fromyour employer, could?ve changed my whole experience. Very disappointed, trying calling to speak to the manager multiple morningsand was told they weren?t there, okay cool.. tried emailing Dunkin HQ about the event, NEVER heard back.
