Bitchin' Kitchen catered our 20-person rehearsal dinner this past fall. To say it was the most delicious meal we had all weekend... is an understatement! The team put together appetizer boards for us to munch on during a short cocktail hour, followed by athree-course seated dinner. From the butternut squash soup to the maple glazed salmon, all of the food was amazing and so fresh.Our guests couldn't stop raving about our meals all weekend. From a service perspective, Kate and her team are trueprofessionals, and genuinely very nice people! We had postponed our wedding a full year due to COVID and Kate was extremelysupportive and helpful the entire way. I would highly recommend Bitchin' Kitchen for any and all of your wedding weekendcatering needs. I wish we could do it all again! Read more
One Week Ago today these incredible people made Rehearsal Dinner Dreams come true! We are so grateful for Kate and her team. ... Incredibly kind, overwhelmingly flexible and Delicious - I just can't say enough! I'll start with the food that they create -complete works of art. We had an amazing layout of appetizers, seared scallops, crostini with apple, caramelized onion andbalsamic glaze and chicken lettuce wraps - did I mention these were just the appetizers?!?! Soo delicious and so much! Fabulous, just fabulous. Then on to our main dish selections, 4 choices - Smash burgers, Tacos, Chicken and Waffles and Falafel- also did I forget to mention parmesan truffle fries....O...M...G! Making a decision on what to choose was soo hard. Theretruly was something for everyone and every single person was incredibly impressed with quality, taste & presentation. HOMERUN!! I can't leave this review without talking about how this team saved our butts... We had booked the foodtruck loving theidea for a relaxed rehearsal dinner for many travelers that would be coming into town earlier that afternoon and wanting to justcrash. When we got to our very large rental home, we realized we could not have a food truck park in driveway for our dinner. This was so sad and disappointing as we were not local and had no idea how to 'improvise' this one. Kate & her team jumped inoffered alternative solutions and smiled though the whole thing when you know they were probably incredibly frustratedthemselves. They provided tables, linens, music and candles for our group and really turned what was a mitigated disaster intoa really comfortable, elevated event that everyone enjoyed. I can not Thank them enough. If we are ever in Northern NH againthis will most certainly be our go to. Amazing, just amazing. We are so grateful! Read more
