Absolutely horrible service! Insanely slow made my $14 sandwich wrong then tryed to argue with me and tell me it is supposed to... come that way. Cashier needs to be trained to properly input orders that are clearly stated. Read more
TMI but this place gave us major diarrhea and the mac n cheese makes kraft luxurious. The one staff member was super nice but... the others are dry. The bathroom door to womens bathroom does not lock. But their ice tea mixed with lemonade is good! Read more
I placed an online app order for 2 rib dinners. Received a phone call 10 mins after ordering and was told that they couldn't... fulfill the order. I asked for a refund. They said they would refund. This was now almost 3 weeks ago, and I still haven'treceived a refund. I spoke with a manager a week ago about it, and they said that this would be resolved in 5 business days. NOMONEY! Ordered on GrubHub and the driver apparently took off with my food. Got a refund and drove to the restaurant myself to order... take out. Pulled pork was really great (although it came as a platter and it was ordered as a sandwich lol) Sides were okay. Butwe were shorted and they were wrong. I said yes to pickle and onion and got none for any of the 4 meals purchased. The worstfood crime though was the brisket and brisket burnt ends. There was no difference between the two and they were both rock hardshredded beef jerky. Like chewing on beefy bubblegum. Will NOT be back. The cashier was the only good thing about this place andthey get the one star i awarded. Super friendly and nice. Don't waste your money on the food though. Read more

Was pretty much empty when we stopped. Did the family meal for takeout. Food was good and Service was exceptional!
