Can't say a bad word about this place. It's just like any speakeasy you would go to in Manhattan but in a great location for... people further out west. The customer service was absolutely amazing. The waiters were fantastic and checked on us severaltimes. The drinks were absolutely phenomenal. I wouldn't go here specifically for the food but the fries we had were not bad.I'm not really sure why people in these reviews are complaining about the price. This is a specialty place and not like anyother bar tavern you would go to. I also felt the quality of the drinks was very much worth it. Yes there is an automaticgratuity added but wouldn't you tip anyway? I suppose if you really didn't like the service you could argue that but I have nocomplaints whatsoever. Will definitely be back here soon. Read more

The band was delightful and Jon made our experience even better! Definitely book a spot to listen to jazz and enjoy some great... drinks and tapas. Read more

Speakeasy themed jazz club resturant. Actually once was a speakeasy during prohibition. Staff are dressed in period pieces,... bartenders take pride in their specialty drinks. Really good live jazz. Read more

Cute little place, definitely has a lot of character. If you have the money to spend, it could be a romantic date night if you... are there when they have live music. I understand they were going for authenticity but the chairs were uncomfortable and thetable we were at had little room to fit your legs between the table and chair. My shirt got caught on the pealing "half-wall"behind me. We also had to mind our heads in a few spots but we are considered to be tall. The food was good, but there werevery few options, small portions, and seemingly favorable towards vegetarians if that's your pallet. I was rather disappointedin the drinks. They seemed like the virgin versions of fancy juice...for all I know, it could have been a drink at Wholefoods. For the price, I was expecting similar in quality to a nice steak house. The worst part was probably waiting 30 minutes for adrink and then the food came 10 minutes later. I'm assuming our waiter forgot to put our drink order in because we were greetedshortly after sitting down. All in all, we spent $100.00 for a small bit of steak strips, zucchini pasta, and two small drinkswith no noticeable alcohol. I'm just hopeful they paid the band well since they were what made the experience slightly worth thecash. Read more
