When I moved to Virginia nearly 8 years ago, there was one Carvel store, but unfortunately for me, it closed soon after. I... recently took my first trip to NY since my move, and chocolate Carvel was high on my list of things I needed. The owner of thisstore is very, very nice. He has the full line of Carvel products served up in a covid-safe system. Other staff members whoserved me were just as friendly, professional, and careful. Not a usual fan of Carvel but my family likes the BOGO Sundae special they run. This shop was run by a really pleasant and... upbeat guy at the take out window even past 9pm when they close soon after. The vanilla milkshake was alittle too thick for meso I had to eat it like regular ice cream but it was good nonetheless for the price paid . Might give Carvel another try in thefuture . Read more
