We had been wanting to dine at Crustaceans for a very long time, we finally enjoyed dinner there today. The food was delicious,... they have vegan options on their menu, the drinks were amazing, and the service was impeccable. A very pleasant experience. Read more

Wife and I finally decided to try this place for dinner, on 08/05/22, out of curiosity from the reviews. We spent the night in... the area at the Waldorf as part of our anniversary weekend. This is a Vietnamese Fusion restaurant and their signature disheshave been said to be hyped-up versions of traditional dishes, which some Vietnamese restaurants and homemade versions can be hadjust the same (if not better) and much less. Their signature dish, "An's Famous Garlic Roasted Dungeness Crab," is awell-marketed example. It's delicious and tasty but nothing spectacular or outstanding to match the price. (4/5)The pairedgarlic noodles were simple and good, nothing wow either. (4/5) The "Little Gem Salad's" description sounded interesting, especially the hydro watercress. Hmmm? We love watercress and thought it would be the foundation of the salad but it wasscantily found among the overwhelming cabbage leaves. Taste was good but the description was spectacular. (4/5) The "Line CaughtChilean Seabass" was good and tasty but also lack the wow or unique flavor factor. (4/5) Our server, excellent service, offeredthe evening special...simply an octopus tentacle. It sounded delicious and different when he introduced it. This dish actuallystood out for both of us, the flavors and slightly grilled taste hit our taste buds with the wow factor, perhaps we were lookingfor uniqueness? 5/5. However, the price didn't exactly justified the taste but better than the other "large plates" wetried. Overall, 4/5. Side Note: They really tried to make this an upscale restaurant but appeared to make exceptions forpeople with deep pockets. When we made reservations through our concierge, we were informed of collared shirt, no shorts, nosandals, and no sneakers policy. I had business shorts, collared polo shirt, and business casual shoes. Restaurant said no,which we weren't disappointed cuz the place appeared to be upscale with a strict dress code. No problem. However, severalminutes la Read more

I took my bf here to treat him for his birthday dinner! I asked him to pick a cuisine and he wanted try an asian-fusion place... so, after going through 20 options I thought this would be a good place for him. Food was pretty good and interesting interiorwith koi fishes swimming under your feet. Crab and the garlic noodles are must try... the crab cake was pretty and drinks werealso delicious. Would come back for sure. Really good portions, we had to take some back because we were too full. They also hada a cute dessert for us to celebrate the birthday. Read more

Went to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and the experience is highly recommended. I added that we were celebrating a birthday... to the reservation and she was greeted with a birthday card once we were seated. The staff from the host-waiters were veryprofessional and the restaurant itself has a great ambient vibe. The garlic noodles didn’t disappoint and the King Salmon wascooked to perfection (medium-well). I can’t say enough about the night and will certainly be returning in the future. Thankyou Crustacean BH for helping create a wonderful night for us! Read more

Came here for my friends birthday. She was treated like she was the only one present. She was given a hand written welcoming... card addressed to her. This is her favorite place for garlic noodles and coconut shrimp and she was not disappointed. Herhusband and I had the garlic shrimp and dungeness crab. I have had crab from coast to coast, caught and cooked my own, and thiswas the BEST presentation I have ever had. The flavor profile was excellent and did not over power the natural crab flavor. Thegarlic noodles which my friends told were THE best, were as advertised. The service staff from beginning to attend were polite, attentive and efficient. This is a must visit for everyone!!
