Great hotel and great experience. There was an issue with my booking through a travel agency.. I had booked weeks in advance and... found out when I showed up, my reservation wasn?t there. It was past midnight so really stuck. The host was so kind and went outof his way to see what he could do. He was able to find something for me and really saved my trip. Do not stay here! My stay was scheduled for 10/5/22 - 10/6/22. I arrived at 3pm and checked in room 201. Around 12am, I started... to feel intense inching on my back. I turned on the light and discovered a bed bug in the bed! I killed it and immediatelyinformed a representative at the front desk. I invited the front desk attendant to my room to show him the bed bug. I alsodiscovered a blood stain on the lamp beside the bed which indicates there may be an infestation. I told the front deskattendant that I no longer feel comfortable staying here and I would rather sleep in my car. I have 12 bites on my back. Igathered my belongings from the room and checked out. I was told a manager would call me regarding a refund. I slept in mycar until it was time to head to the airport. I was still charged $272 for the room. No one from management has reached outregarding the incident and I?ve called 3 times and each person that answered told me the manager will be contacting me. This isthe worse experience ever! Not only was I charged for a room that has bedbugs, I did not stay, never received an apology, and Iwas bitten with the risk of bringing bedbugs home! Read more
