I like the location which is just 5-7mins walk away from Rodeo shopping belt. It is also nested within some nice restaurants.... Hotel looks relatively new. Nice decor, a tinge of retro and modern Hollywood glamour. Check in is fast using app. Door lock isusing PIN code which is very convenient. Big TV in the room with all the android TV apps avail, but the placing can beimproved. What I don?t like is the noise from the restaurant downstairs. My room (#218) is directly above the wet kitchen. Itbothered me with their cleaning and clearing of plates when they are closing. There?s no elevator, but the hotel has 2 floors,so it?s not too bad. Aircon placing is bad. It blows directly to only one person. I kept the curtain closed throughout as it?stoo close to the opposite tenant. Read more

The location is the big plus for this hotel. Service is limited, there is no room cleaning unless requested and with a $40 extra... charge. No concierge service. Rooms are small and not as they look in pictures. The bed is really comfortable. Small bathroom. No ventilation (can?t open window) Read more

I should have know how things were going to go the moment I arrived to check in. The people in line behind me and I had to wait... on the single front desk attendee to help three guests in the Lobby. Unfortunately for them, they were told their reservationwas not found, even though they had received confirmation and their credit card had been charged. This put them out on thestreet to find other lodging. At least my reservation was found, but the room depicted online was NOT the same room Ibooked?but I had no real way to prove it. I spoke with the front desk and the 800 customer service number, but was told therewas nothing they could do about it as the hotel was entirely booked for the duration of my stay. The lights in the ?main? partof the extremely tiny room were all wired to one single switch. There were no table/reading lamps. I had to get out of bed toturn off the lights at night with no night light options available. The King-Sized bed that took up half the room was very firmwith scratchy sheets. The lighting and vent fan in the bathroom were crazy as well. There was no option to use the bathroomlight as a night light without having the VERY LOUD exhaust vent running. The bathroom door was warped and swollen at the bottomand could not be fully shut. The bathroom sink drained SLOWLY! I put a complaint in through the app but the issue was neverresolved. Hair was found on the bathroom floor upon arrival. The advertised 32? ?television? was not a television but simply amonitor which guests were expected to cast their own apps if they even subscribe to any. No cable or satellite service isavailable. It was difficult to find a convenient plug to constantly keep my phone charging while wearing down my own devicebattery in order to watch something. The monitor was attached to the wall at the end of the bed and I hit my head on it at leastsix times during my stay. The hotel has no ice machine available for guests and room cleaning and re-stocking i Read more

Came here on a work trip recently and was overall happy with my stay! The location was great and the staff were SUPER friendly... and helpful. Rooms were hit or miss; from comparing with my coworkers who also stayed here, there were random details thatdiffered between our rooms. My shower was really small, but a coworker?s was normal sized. Some of us had tables in our room, some didn?t. Also the ceiling fan in my room was really small for some reason. Overall I think if you?re not planning onspending a whole lot of time in your room (or trying to work out of it), it?s a good place to stay :) Read more

Nice staff but rock hard beds. The way hotel does early check-ins, late check-outs and housekeeping is interesting - having to... pay for everything that?s normally by request only is odd. This is great place to stay if you?re just looking for a place tocrash but plan on being out and about most of your stay. Over all, not the worst place you could stay. Read more
