For some reason they can never get an order right. Every time I make a simple order they always seem to mess it up. I don't... understand what's so hard about making a coffee the way I asked for it. It is a coffee place. Today was the third and final timethat they have messed up on my coffee. I'm very disappointed in this Dunkin Donuts. They mess up the orders all the time. Thenwhen you ask them to fix the order they look at you like you're the one with the problem. I just would like what I paid for. I would put 0 stars for this mornings (2/28 1020am) service. Absolutely no customer service just attitude the moment she came to... the window. Coffee order was entered wrong, gave coffee back because it wasn't right attitude flared. Ordered 4 donuts onlygiven 1, we say something and the woman named Buffy tells a coworker to "deal with this before I throw it at him" then yells outto us "Don't come back". Never have I dealt with such rudeness and disrespect from this location, & I come often. Read more
Have stopped here passing through Biddo a few times and will be finding another place to stop from now on. Experienced rude... staff and poor food quality. Long waits at the window for a toasted bagel that was luke warm at best, and coffee/lattes thattaste burnt. Also, can we talk about how they don?t even carry powdered donuts?! Read more
The slowest Dunkin I have ever been to!!! There was only three cars in the line and it literally took 30 min to go through the... line! When we go to the microphone it took another 10 minutes for someone to even come on and talk to us! Terrible service Read more
