Sadly, I was in a position to order delivery from Panera. Generally I find the business acceptable and sufficient. My order... through Uber eats arrived timely and well handled. The quality was horrible, poorly prepared and very disappointing. Only giving 3 stars because they have good food and the girl at the counter seemed like she was doing all of the work. I... wouldn't bring kids here as there were like 5 teenagers hiding in the back talking loudly and swearing. So keep in mind theyweren't really professional at all. Cashier who put in my order was not personable at all and did not put my order in correctly. It was her second day on the job,... she was poorly trained as she had no idea what she was doing. Obviously I blame management for this not her, you are only asgood as your training. Bacon, egg, cheese croissant was unremarkable and tasted of cleaning solution, almost as if they hadcleaned their grill and not rinsed it properly. Not impressed at all. I used to frequent this place and never had any issues. Seems like it has gone downhill recently. Not sure if I will return. Update: Returned and got a cinnamon crunch bagel, firstthree bites tasted of garlic. Word of advice, don't cook sweet and savory bagels on the same pan. Losing a star for that. Read more
