This was my first time there and we only went there because it was a Monday and everyone else was closed. I haven't heard any... talk about the place, just found it by looking online for some place that was open. Upon arriving we found that they were infact open. It's understandable why nobody else was open because there were only a few customers. We were greeted immediately(party of 4) and seated right away. The hostess was also our waitress (as well as everyone else's) but she didn't miss a beat.Her services was great, the food arrived promptly and was excellent. I would definitely try them again. I only gave 4 out of 5stars for parking, not sure where to park if they were busy. Read more
I usually order for pick up and the hostess/checkout lady is so nice. Their rewards program is great too, came in on my birthday... and got a free pizza! All the staff wished me a happy birthday as well. 10/10 favorite pizza place. Read more
Biddeford location has gone down hill lately. Short staffed like everywhere but the food was way off. I recommended this place... and this was the pizza that came out.. it was their special korean bbq pizza and it looks like it was made at the playdoughfactory topped with cheetos hotdogs and nacho cheese, which sadly would have been better. If I could give 0 stars I would, I had such a terrible experience here on my birthday of all days, we went in understanding that... they were down one oven which was okay, but In the end it wasn?t. We waited two hours for our food just to be compensated withfrozen brownies and half off when we should have just paid for appetizers since what was all we even got in a reasonable time.We didn?t get enough plates or silverware from our server, and we had to continuously ask for things, which at first we brushedoff as just busy but the restaurant itself only had two or three tables actually seated. Worst part is the entire time my familyand I are waiting for our food we can see NUMEROUS and I am not talking 2 or three we are talking AT LEAST 15-20 togo orders(small ones for that matter ????) being sent out in the THREE hours that we sat there waiting for our food that in the end wejust took and left. And I get it, I also work in the food industry and I was even a server but this was such a disappointmentand the whole establishment should have done better. Not once did the manager come over to check on us until we called her overand our server didn?t chat or check on us, dirty and empty stacks (because yes I stack my empty dishes to make their lives alittle easier) of dishes were left at our table, we would have empty cups. We had missing food that didn?t even show up on thebill and had to wait EXTRA just for them to cook it. The whole experience really sucked especially since it was my birthdaywhich no one asked about and I know hostesses are supposed inform the servers about those ???? we will definitely not be goingback to this one or any other for that fact and don?t recommend.. this was messy and very disappointing. Great pizza joint. Really solid fare and you can count on the quality. Servers are wicked nice and very helpful. Our favorites... are the Acadian and the orchard salad. Fries are really good, even better the next day. Parking sucks, but that's not PortlandPie's fault. Park in the lot down the street if the mill lot is full. Read more
