This place was a total rip off. Do not rent boats unless you want a good surprise. Boat rental advised us we could rent boat for... wakeboarding. Picked up our boat and it had no high Point for pulling. Even though they assured us it could be used forwakeboarding. Boat dock attendees told us we barely used any fuel then hit us with an additional 124$ fee for refueling cost ontop of the base boat rental price. Over 500$ for 4 hours. I will be reporting this to the BBB. They lied to us completely and atevery turn they could. The bar tender was the only cool person that didn't try Ripping us off. He had an awesome dog wasfriendly and made great drinks. This place lacks honesty and integrity. We will not be back. Would advise others not to go hereunless you want to get ripped off. Honesty should be a sole practice for businesses. Now all my friends and family won't begoing here either. Alls you had to do was be transparent and honest. Read more

Do not book thru Airbnb or Montana stay. They called me 5 days before arrival and told me my reservation had to be cancelled... because they screwed up and the room wasn?t available. The only option they gave me was to stay in a one bedroom studio withone bed and we needed 2 beds. They had A 3 bedroom but I would have to pay the difference which was a lot more money!! We booked this place through our Hilton Grand Vacation program. We did not get Hilton Grand Vacation hospitality here. We were... treated like second class people. The TV in the bedroom did not work their explanation for this was because we were not bookedthrough them . This was a very nice condo. Got the cookware out and all of it was scratched teflon so bad that you would notwant to cook your food in the pans they provided. The shower heads where the cheapest you can buy and did not provide a goodstream of water over your body. They never offered us clean bedding or clean towels for the entire week that we were there, Wenever saw anybody that was associated with cleaning. Read more

STAY AWAY! 1. We were given Room CD 237, instead of originally reserved CD 142, a distinct difference from what was obligated in... our reservation: a. Second Floor unit instead of a First Floor unit. b. King Bed instead of two Queen Beds. c. Sofa instead ofFuton. 2. We arrived at our room, and the only window air conditioner did not work. a. At the front office we were told it wouldbe fixed right away. The front office individual called maintenance and told her that she forgot to tell maintenance that the ACwas still not working in CD 237. (Clearly the issue was previously known.) b. When time went by, we requested another room sincewe checked in early, thinking maybe we could be relocated giving maintenance a chance to fix the air conditioning before otherguests checked in. This would have allowed us to get settled and start enjoying our day. We were told this was not possible. c.We patiently waited for our AC to be fixed. We were told maintenance was fixing a TV in another room. d. When maintenance didshow up, she tried and was not able to fix the unit. She told us a new unit was ordered but was not expected for another threedays. She was going to bring up a portable unit. e. We patiently waited. f. Finally, a portable unit was brought to us. It onlyworked well enough to cool the bedroom. 3. The pull-out sofa didn?t work. It had a sign on it saying it was out of order. a.Since we were originally expecting two queens, we had to request a roll-away bed. b. The front office again was closed. Nobodywas answering the phone. I went to the bar where a bartender was able to get ahold of maintenance, who said the roll-away wouldbe right up. c. We patiently waited. d. We took a chance and went out to dinner (the restaurant was closed on Tuesday due tobeing short-staffed). The roll-away was there when we got back. 4. In the end, we wasted 4 hours of valuable vacation timetrying to sort this all out. CD 142 did not appear to be occupied. 6. Other issues with CD 23 Read more

Horrible food and service. We asked to have the table cleaned and it was still dirty after they attempted to clean it. The... chicken was close to a rubber texture in the salad. I counted 9 different people walking in and out of the kitchen, most did notlook to have good hygiene. One kid was constantly chewing on his fingers as he walked in the kitchen, then carried food out. Thehamburger looked like it was precooked and warmed up, and tasted horrible. Read more
