Really enjoy my dinner here tonight. The Poached Alaskan Char was perfectly done with fresh snow peas and asparagus tips. I... tried the Sour Cherry Cider which was crisp and dry which made it the perfect pairing for my main course. The salad was quitegood though the pancetta was a bit over salted for my tastes. The staff there is top notch. Friendly and fun and clearlyenjoying what they're doing. My dad flies in to Billings tomorrow and I've already made plans to bring him for dinner. ThanksLilac. I promised myself I wouldn't cry while writing this but I don't know if that's possible. I still wake up in the middle if the... night thinking about the meal I ate here and its been almost three weeks. I try to distance myself from the thoughts by usingalcohol and some, a little, very little, drugs but it's not working. if I do return for another taste will my days shrunk intomere moments, will I find myself transported back to where we left off? Confucius once said "He who exercises government bymeans of his virtue may be compared to the north polar star, which keeps its place and all the stars turn towards it."
