When they ask if you want sauce on the side, say yes! Plenty long menu for sandwiches and the like. Went there for the first... time, and ordered the Texas brisket - which was alright. Not spicy, and didn't have much tang, but it was fine. Pretty drythough, and I didn't realize it came in their bread-tube specialty sandwich thing.
