This is the best authentic Mexican taqueria food experience everyone needs to have aside from having homemade food, and I grew... up with it. Tacos, burritos, tortas, papusas, menudo, fried chicken or fish, gorditas, everything on the menu is flavorful andthe taste of quality. Careful with the Agua frescas b/c they tend to be very sweet, but still very good. And on top of beingdelicious taqueria, it?s a storefront as well to get delicious seasoned meat to cook later. This has already been a longer thanpreferred review, but long-short, if you?re ever hankering for authentic Mexican food and all the different delicious types ofdishes, take a chance and have a seat. Seriously!! I can?t say enough about this accidental find! The best tacos I have ever had!! And don?t get me started on the... asada Gordita ? it?s delicious!! To top it all off, everyone is so sweet and the service is incredible! If I could I would givethis place 10 stars. Visiting Gulfport for a softball tournament and we have literally eaten here for 3 nights in a row. I wishI could pack this place up and take it with us. Don?t forget to grab something from the grocery store in the front on the wayout- or a sweet treat! Such a authentic experience in the midst of Mississippi! Ok, everyone Big Daddy here with another report that you will have to drop what you are doing grab your keys and read this on... the way to this little place I'm going to call my happy place. The actual name of the place is, "Tienda Santa Fe" now thislittle Happ place. I have driven by it now for four years and never gone in.... Till today!! Why oh, oh why!! Did I wait.... SoI walk in and I find a true, Tienda Mexicana.. and all of a sudden,I can smell it. It starts calling me to the back of thestore. Where I find it, my new happy place!! I walk up to the counter and I see a menu, it only takes me a second to see it... Iwant it!! (Lengua Tacos) OMG people, why are you not there yet?!? In my life I have eaten some good Mexican food, but handsdown the very best, and the price. Was great and the service super nice and very fast... No place, so far, compares to this Mexican food. Every dish has been delicious. Horchata was smooth and not powdery. Also clean... store, friendly staff, and a number of products I like to buy are here. Will continue to return. Read more
