The staff were robotic. No one greeted me or asked me if I needed something. I had to let them know I had an online order... otherwise they would ignore me. My order was mediocre. No one bothered to ask if I?m okay with it or if wanted more. Is this howyou treat customers?! This is my 2nd coming here. I did not feel welcomed at all and I WON?T come back to this location! There's sternly worded signs telling you where to walk and what not to do in most places and it makes for an unfriendly... atmosphere. One of these signs is on a chair that blocks about half of the checkout lane. If there's ever need to evacuate therestaurant, that chair is going to trip somebody rushing for the exit. This is plainly predictable and putting that chair thereis irresponsible. Don't argue that fact, just do better. I walked in to place an order from the door that's closer to 13 mile,I was the only person in there, and walked past that chair and started to place my order. An employee scolded me for not walkingaround the entire restaurant like the signs dictate. I wasn't squeezing by other customers and I wasn't cutting the line, I wastrying to give your establishment money and got treated rudely. Look guys, just lighten up on the signs. A simple change inwording to "exit only please" would be appropriate. And if a lone customer doesn't want to walk all the way around and throughtwo doors to place an order, just take it gracefully. Try to imagine how insane your demand must sound to the customer. If youthink you're reasonable, then quite frankly you're out of your mind, and you're not going to be a franchise owner forlong. I walked in and the worker looked at me, didn?t say anything to me, turned around, and continued talking on his phone. When... another coworker told him to take my order he just looked at me and didn?t say a single word until check out when he told me theprice. While eating I watched another lady experience the same ?greeting?, except she wisely left the store instead of placingan order, looking at me and saying, ?Terrible.? On her way out. I agree. Read the reviews of this location just to see if my experience was a one off but after reading many customer experiences of bad... customer service, I would echo every single one. The staff at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. From the lackof greeting to the tone of voice from the staff members, everything was extremely rude. I asked for one simple request can I dohalf chicken and half steak. I?ve requested this at many other Qdoba locations and not once have I been told I couldn?t do thisuntil this location. I asked Why? And the answer I received very rudely ? because we don?t do that here?. The cherry on the topwas when a customer entered through the side door of this location and the lady at the register proceeded to tell her colleaguesnot to take the gentleman?s order because he didn?t enter in through the front door. The side door has no signage stating toenter through the front door to place an order. If you are the owner of this establishment I would be very concern. If the staffrefused to take that gentleman?s order, I could only imagine how many others have been turned away because of which door theyentered through. Seems very petty to me.
