Wendy's is a good place I actually work there the problem is they need more workers there's a lot of kids running around in... there so that's why the orders be messed up. Food overall is really good, but WOW. The Prices here for "fast food take-out" are almost comparable to dining in at a full... service restaurant! Management frequently locks the doors to the dining room/ordering counter EARLY (staffing excuse 6-7pm)! Maybe the manager (you are staff) should work the ordering counter and tell people that the dining room is not available! Ifyou aren't driving, ordering is not an option. Read more
Used the app tonight (11/19/22) and ordered a Frosty. Went to pick up and was told by a very rude employee that they didn?t... have. Would not refund my money paid or even offer another choice. Staff is often very kind, but order is commonly wrong (at least something like missing sauce), nearly always out of popular... items by later in the night, and the food later in the night is almost always old and inedible. Nuggets, burgers, chickensandwiches, fries, nothing is spared. I've tried a handful of times ordering after 11 pm and had to throw out up to 2/3 of theitems on any given night. Can't speak for ordering in the afternoon, but I wouldn't recommend ordering late at night. I won't bereturning. Read more
