If you have kiosks that take orders then you have to make sure that the next customer that comes in an orders with an actual... person doesnt walk out with their order first... What is the purpose of the Kiosk! I could have ordered with the cashier whoactually spoke with me and suggested using the kiosk... only to 3minutes later take a 3 person order and serve them before Irecieved my order, which was submitted before the customers who walk in after me... Its about as ridiculous as walking incompared to the drive thru. If I walk in because there is a long drive thru line I shouldnt be in the store longer than if Istayed in the car wasting gas in the drive thru... why maintain a dining area and lobby... if your staff does not prioritizeactual face to face customers to drive thru/ online automated orders...just employ robots to do all the work! Fast service, hot food. Prices have really gone up. A 12 pack taco box is now $18!!! Whoa. For $1.50/ taco I could get authentic... tacos from a nice Mexican restaurant instead of just fast food. Food is always good here, no mistakes. Read more

Our family of 5 stopped here for a late lunch on our trip home to Ohio. We were ravenous and the service was fast, and our food... was delicious. The staff was pleasant and accommodating even though the drive-thru was very busy. The restaurant was decoratedwith a cute Christmas tree and poinsettias on the tables.
