They did me wrong for my birthday. My husband ordered a Louis Vuitton cake and this is what they gave him. Watch the people you... hire behind your business name. No credit can fix this, this deserves a full refund. This cake shouldn?t have never been soldbecause it?s not what he ordered. 4 for taste, 2 for presentation, and 2 for business practice. Despite multiple conversations, and text messages with supportive... images, my request was not carried out. I ordered a birthday cake for a "1920s/Great Gatsby" themed dinner. They were veryprofessional and appeared to be organized throughout the entire process. I was surprisingly disappointed when picking up myorder. I was so appalled, I failed to take a picture of the first cake. It did not feature a name or a number, rather, it was anedible print of a picture I sent for inspiration. When I requested that they place a number, the "decorator" took it uponherself to place a whimsical number and add some paint splatter at her discretion. It was completely off theme and looked sloppyand childlike. I asked her to redo it. They ran out of the smooth paper needed, and tried to use a blurred print. Pic # 1 wasthe product of that second attempt. At this point, the more we tried to correct, the more damage was done to the cake. After adiscussion with the owner, we came to an agreement to put a name and number with a clean, defined border. Pic #2 was the finalresult. Unfortunately, this is what was presented to my sister 10 minutes before my party. The cake tasted good, but it wasthe only element of the party not on theme, and looked like an amateur cake. I was embarrassed to present this to the guest ofhonor. I regret trusting this company with such an important element of a special event. They lacked the skill and visual acumenneeded to bring our vision to life. They should stick to cupcakes and simple event cakes. I was also told that I would receivesome money back for the trouble, but I have not been contacted by anyone since then. My suggestions for the owner are to letwhomever is designing the cake meet with the client for the final discussion, and to present some type of visual so that thereis no confusion as to what the customer wants.
