Service horrible with bad attitudes with overpriced everything and then charge a cover to get in for less than mediocre... service/food. Your response is hilarious. Seeing as though I never picked up your hookah. Although, the person that was withme that did pick up your hookah had the right. Seeing as though we sat there for over 40 minutes, after requesting new coalsand the person NEVER came back. I find it funny how you have the TIME to review cameras within an hour of a Google review, butdon?t know how and/or just too lazy to take the time to adequately train your employee to give better customer service. It?sgiving unprofessional. Obviously this is not a one time situation, seeing as though there are plenty of the SAME reviewsrelating to the fact that the service is awful here. So how about you focus on THAT instead of reviewing cameras from a googlereview and STILL speaking about the wrong person. It?s obvious that you?re bothered by my opinion on the service that Ireceived, meanwhile not one lie was told. Ask yourself; Does my business provide good customer service?, Are my serversattentive to my customers, or Do they sit behind the bar themselves smoking hookah ignoring PAYING customers? Because the factis your prices are ridiculous for the services you all provide. While there I heard at least THREE different tables with thesame complaint. Also if it wasn?t for me having to be there to celebrate a friends birthday trust me I would not have beenthere. I ordered the chicken tender basket. The food was cooked to order which I can appreciate but the quality of chicken tender was... poor. It was processed chicken with mostly fillers and binders sadly disappointed for a $12.65 chicken tender snack and to findout the chicken was mostly fillers and binders. The fries were fresh and hot but I would advise to never order their chickentenders.I took 2 bites of one tender, ate a few fries and then trashed the whole plate. The floors were sticky and nasty. Came in to escape the chaos at work and ran into a loud, off-duty employee just raging on how her fellow co workers don?t know... sh$&. The problem is she had no clue herself. No customer comes in wanting to hear a obnoxious , foul mouth, drama queen (keepthat in back of house). The bartender himself could tell something went wrong and he was polite enough. Good news is two barsdown I found exactly what I needed. A clean environment, good ambience, and fast and polite service.
