Absolutely horrible place. Expensive. The equipment broke several times. The staff was rude. Will not go back again.

On November 22,2002, I celebrated my sons 16th birthday at Sparetime. I tried to make reservations the day before but the... website was down. When we arrived the lady at the desk told me it will be a 2 hour wait and I was a little discouraged but weproceeded to the laser tag room and there was a 10 minute wait . Kam assisted me with the purchase and game time and it startedgetting crowded but she was nice, professional, and made sure everyone went in order. One lady came back and tried to overlooktwo people who paid prior to her coming. Kam spoke nicely and professionally. While my kids were in the laser tag room I feltled to go back to the first deck to check to see if the wait time went down and it did! Astarria didn?t know it was my son?sbirthday and she asked if I wanted to join the waiting list and will text me when an opening was available. After they finishedwith the laser tag we went to order food and Jaylen was patience, helpful and has a great personality. When we went to sit downI received an alert that from Astarria and not only did we have a lane but we were in the VIP room and I was grateful because wewere able to do what we planned for my sons 16th birthday. I thanked you and told her I was so happy that we were able to get inbecause it was my son?s birthday and she told him Happy Birthday and also gave him a free $10 play card. Astarria, Jaylon, Noah,and Kam was EXCEPTIONAL and I?m forever greatful to have meet them and encountered such a beautiful experience on a mostmemorable day for my family! We loved this place for our birthday party. Very good accommodations! Shay was awesome and the guy at the arcade was very... helpful. Even Noah handing out shoes was on top of it. Our server or party liaison was a joke. She could care less. I tippedher right when we got there and asked her to make sure we had drinks for all the kids. After the 4th time going to find her webasically gave up. She took no initiative and did not care about her job at all. Definitely try lazer tag! Read more

Used the VIP room...the whole place had a cool, inviting feel. The kids loved it!!!! Definitely going again.

We went for the Bunker 57 Escape Room. The props were quite impressive, but the room didn?t flow quite as well as a Breakout... Games room. Worst part of the experience was the game master. He kept providing us with unsolicited hints and even juststraight up direction. It seemed like the goal was to get us out of the room as fast as possible instead of maximizing theenjoyment. My wife and I finished the 60 minute room in 28 minutes. Read more
