Awful experience! We ended up returning everything. The Hibachi (chicken, steak, and shrimp) plate and the spring rolls. The... steak was tougher than Ice Cube (straight gangster) and the cabbage inside the spring rolls were overcooked and soggy. They werelow-key mad, but oh well. Horrible management. Called in order and was quoted 20 minutes but took a hour to receive. My order was wrong and the cook added... extra to my order; the manager took it away and said it wasn?t authorized. It?s sad the cook values customer service more thanthe manager. If you want your time to be respected, your business to be valued and a great experience do not waste your timecoming here.
