Very nice, however, they could use a few more tables and chairs for singles and couples. We couldn't find a place to sit because... singles took up tables for four. Otherwise, the customer service was excellent. Read more
Incredible service, I come here 5-10 times a week and have tried the entire reserve menu. The drinks are amazing, the atmosphere... in incomparable to any other Starbucks in MI, and the baristas are all the best, especially Deja! She does latte art on mydrinks and is always very welcoming and kind :) Read more
Absolute worst customer service, I ride a Harley an left my glasses in there, the guy and a couple of females whom I?ll update... and get names Tommorow completely ignored me as i gestured and even wrote a note to tell them I left in there, they ignoreduntil I had the police contact them. One of the girls is so sweet and found them and held them. There policy is they can?t openthe door after close due to money being out, which I understand? but the ignoring part was not necessary and was cruel. Shoutout Alex! He was kind and smart and knew the Starbucks product! He also served us our siphon experience which I highly... recommend! Other employees wearing Master Barista aprons had no clue what they were doing and we're incredibly rude. There wasno place for our party to sit. I went with my bf and we got a siphon coffee that we shared. I dont remember the exact region I just remember it was somewhere... in Africa. The siphon was super fun to watch and the person behind the bar explained how it worked. I really like the trays andthe cups that they used. Their brick wall in the back is absolutely lovely, and it is an overall welcoming yet upscaleenvironment. Definitely a must try if you're ever in Birmingham. Read more
