4 starts for the variety of teams this place has. I have had better almond croissant but their collection is amazing! I didn?t... like their pastries much but loved cheese Chili bread. That was my favorite. We also tried their olive focaccia. If you are inbishop - just visit and see how much they have to offer! Amazing staff and reasonable prices as well. Read more

Amazing European bakery! The wide range of bakery items they have is incredible, I haven?t come across any bakery carrying these... many items. We tried their macarons, chocolate croissant, almond croissant and bear claw and loved it all. Later, we also triedtheir chili cheese bread and olive focaccia and we were blown away by the taste. If you are in the town, you have got to visitthis. If we visit again from San Jose, we will surely be stopping by here. Read more

The bread is good, some of the pastries are delicious, but like any place there are some items that don?t quite hit the mark... (cookies). It gets crazy busy here on the weekends so plan accordingly. There is an outside patio facing the street where youcan enjoy your baked goods. Read more

This place is crazy! And who would have guessed in Bishop on the way the Easyern Sierras. Apparently everyone knew about it,... except for me.... I was totally blown away by the amount of different types of bread and bakes goods this place makes. Bread anddelicious deli sandwiches on one side and bakery sweet treats on the other. Worth the stop just to see it all. I tried multipleitems and I will say although none of it was what I'd describe as pure heaven, HOWEVER, it was all delicious and worth thecalories. I am picky when it comes to baked goods, so that is a huge compliment from me. Just looking at everything is worth thestop in my opinion. I was told sometimes there are lines out the door. Fortunately we walked right in, got our goods- no line. Ialready know what I'm going to try on my next trip through Bishop. Read more

Quick Summary The bread is quite good, but I would lower your expectations. Don't expect the best bakery ever, but it's a pretty... solid enterprise. Enjoyed the pastrami sandwich, pullovers, and bacon cheese bread. Food- 5 stars Turkey club- this was good, and I recommend it over the standard turkey, since the bacon adds extra flavor. The turkey can get bland if you choose the full(they are slicing it fresh for you). The notable thing about their sandwiches is how clean (and not greasy) all their foodis Mule kick- this was decent. I preferred the pastrami over this, if you want a beef option Pastrami- this was delicious andlight (not your typical greasy pastrami sandwich) Desserts / pastries- their sweets were above average. I think the notablesare their pullovers and the bacon cheese bread (although not a pastry). Both of these were so buttery and rich, and not toosweet. Really enjoyed these 2 Service- 4 stars Pretty long lines and they don't move that quickly. Try to avoid rush timehours, but it's usually busy throughout the day Parking- plenty of lot parking. There's a ton of parking as the lot surroundsthe perimeter. However, it may be difficult to access the parking if you're turning left, as plenty of cars crowd over the firstfew parking spots (not knowing there's alot more parking in the back) Bottom Line Very solid bakery if you're around the area.
