Good food, but apparently if you order to eat in, you get bumped to the end of the line after 3 people came in after me and... ordered to go?? Why? I waited 15 minutes and watched 3 other people come in, order, and get their food within 5 minutes. Read more
They said it would take about 20 minutes. So I ordered, then a crew of 15 came in and ordered about 10 minutes after me and they... all got their food first. I mean what a joke. I waited around 45 minutes. Myself and 5 people waited for them to serve thisgroup first. Everyones time is valuable and this was just a clap in the face. Not recommending this place to anyone. Not impressed with this place. Everything on their menu is Ala carte. Their menu is layed out to confuse their customers. You... don't realize til after you order that you could have added sour cream, guacamole, pico d'gallo and shredded cheeses for anextra price!! And the person taking your order doesn't even ask you if you want any extras!! WHAT!? If your not going to askyour customers than put the extras on the tacos and burritos then add it into the price! Most people want the extras anyways! Iwas so upset that my tacos were dry and flavorless! They could have used the extras to help taste better! There's even acondiment station but they don't even offer pico as an option with ALL the other SPICY salsas. WHAT!!!! Even Taco John's doesthat for their customers. They also need to let there customers know if you order the chicken for you tacos or burritos thatit's SPICY!!! I hate it when a menu leaves out IMPORTANT info like that!! I don't like spicy food and I DID NOT like my tacosbecause they were SPICY!! AND, probably the most important, if your going to have specials (that are not on your menu) put thedang sign stating what they are WHERE everyone can see it!!! NOT behind the drinks cold case, hidden away from the customersview! You don't see it until AFTER you place your order!!! OMG!!!! And dont even get me started on the wait time for orders!! Went to cali burrito for the first time today. Let me tell you, this is the best Mexican restaurant we have in town. Got the... Pollo California burrito. The burrito was absolutely bursting with flavor every single bite. From the fresh grilled pollo, freshcrispy fries, and the tantalizing pico. I cant get enough of this place. Love the fresh condiment bar with the pickled onionsand green salsa. You can tell that the main ingredients in this food is passion and love. Will be back every chance I get. Read more
