Picked up a catering order of sandwiches and salad for a group lunch. Most everyone liked the spread a lot. The reason for the... 3 stars was order accuracy. There were a number of mistakes with the order. Sandwiches that weren?t supposed to have cheese,had cheese. A salad that wasn?t supposed to have chicken had chicken. Several sandwiches weren?t labeled. I?m guessing becausethey weren?t the correct sandwich and maybe they didn?t think I?d notice if they didn?t label it. Read more
Every time you order something from their delivery app that includes a bread bowl they don?t give you the bread bowl. Stop... stealing from me. Straight up theft. Had a great experience today with Blake and the Panera Bread Team. After Door dash never showed up with our customer's order, we... called Panera Bread and Blake worked with us to figure out what our customer's order was and gave it to them for no extracharge.
