Absolutely unacceptable behavior from one lady who works there at the drive thru. The older white lady with brown hair in a bun... ignored me repeatedly when I was asking her nicely a question. At first I thought she couldn?t hear me, so I kindly asked heragain with a smile. She straight up ignored me, gave me my bag of food, stared at me, and waved with her hand in silenceprompting me to leave. I?m not sure if it was my race, but this behavior is absolutely degrading and hurtful. I felt completelyignored even when she could clearly hear my voice through the drive thru. Terrible establishment imagine making a guy with a broken leg and disabilities walk in to pick up his order when I selected... drive thru pick up? Best part is that my order wasn't even inside. Meanwhile they're walking out and handing people theircurbside orders like why couldn't I get that luxury? I got a large sweet tea and a small one, and the small one looked like they just soaked a tea packet for like, 2 seconds and... sent it out. I don't even know how they could when the large sweet tea was at least passable. At least the order was correct. Read more

This place used to be way better. I'm only giving 3 stars because the food is fine, but we ALWAYS have something missing.... Ordered tonight, and did not receive fries with my medium combo. It was slow, we were the only people there. I can understand amistake when it is busy, but not every single time going there. If there is someone that works there, that ends up reading this,please make sure the whole order goes in the bag before handing it to the customer.
