I don?t believe the people working the counter understand the meaning of customer service or what it takes to provide it. There... were FOUR people standing at the register and not ONE said ?hello? ?hi? ?hey? ?welcome? ?how are you?? ?have you ever beenhere?? or even ANYTHING! when I entered your establishment. they all stood there, with annoyed looks, as I walked up to the icecream counter. the young man working the counter approached, after he donned gloves, and said, again, nothing. Just stared.Stared!!! So.. I proceeded to ask for a sample, because it seems that no one was going to offer. meanwhile, the three otherswere just watching this entire interaction like it was TV. still not offering any good flavors when it?s obvious I?m trying tonavigate through the many options you have. I don?t know what they think they?re supposed to be doing there, but I shouldn?thave to remind you that it?s to SELL. I read an article that made me feel extremely bad for this place because of how hard timeshave gotten and how you might have to close. I would think they would be grateful for ANYONE that walks into their establishmentwilling to pay money and that they would at least GREET them. Utterly appalled at the behavior of your staff, especiallyconsidering the wonderful reviews you all have. Read more

All A2 dairy. playground for the kids, occasional hayrides, you can see a good chunk of the production facility. Very clean.... very friendly staff. great value in their products. The entrance is only accessible from one way, but it's worth the turnaround! Read more
We stumbled on this gem on our recent road trip? as in we passed the creamery then drove up via the dirt road. We tried a... variety of ice cream flavors (6) and everyone LOVED their scoop. Although our 6 year old picked the best flavor: cotton candy!The flavor was spectacular and we were all surprised to have enjoyed it so much! The lunch menu looks good and the shop issuper cute! We?re looking forward to coming back for lunch and ice cream on our next trip through. Read more
