This was a bad experience in every aspect of the order. We placed an order on line for pick up. When we arrived they couldn't... find our order and hadn't prepared it yet. Finally found it on the office computer. They apologized and began preparing theorder while we waited, however they had already shut off the deep fryer and didn't bother to heat the oil hot enough to cook thefood without just soaking up the oil. It was so nasty. Every bit of it. Chicken fingers, french fries and chicken fried steak.Unfortunately we were on the road to Dallas and didn't bother to turn around and go back. I did reach out to them via email andexpressed my issues but they never bother to contact me in return. Hence my review. I know, and understand, that it's hardplease everyone. However, I believe customer service promptly addressing this concern could have rectified the situation, as inmost situations. I can't make a recommendation for this restaurant. I honestly don't know if the food gets any better than whatwe received but I can vouch for poor customer service. F- Read more
