Spent 100 dollars here on delivery. Wasn?t aware the house burger started at 14 dollars and it cost money to upgrade for each... condiment. My meal came with just burger and bun , Not to mention the burger was raw. When I called the manager no one wanted tohelp or offer anything. Could of offered a coupon for next visit anything. When I go out to eat with family we usually spend 150dollars , safe to say I?ll never order or come here again. Read more
The burgers here were wonderful (this coming from someone who rarely will order a burger from anywhere). The onion rings had to... be the best I had in a long time. The wonton wrapped mozzarella sticks were probably our least favorite item we tried but all inall the food was good. My son had ordered a burger as well and it was probably the fastest he had ever ate one so to hisstandards it was also very good (and he tends to be a picky child). When it comes to the atmosphere we went shortly after theyopened so it wasn't busy yet. I remember when this building use to be the old Fudruckers in town so I might be bias towards mychildhood memories of this place. They certainly made a lot of changes to the old place and it looks clean, modern, andcertainly updated. Just felt kind of empty. Decent food and good beer selection. Portions are a little on the small side though. While our waitress was nice enough, I felt... a little rushed. I was planning on ordering dessert but after our meal she just dropped the check off without asking if wewanted anything else. House of Brew-nettes is more like it! Been here a couple of times but never really impressed. First of all, whoever does the... hiring, definitely has a ?type?? Food is mediocre in taste, small in portion and definitely overpriced. Beer selection isdecent. Able to taste test for $1 or can get a flight sampler for $10. Bar staff is hit or miss. Tonight, bar service suckedand it wasn?t very busy. Honestly, I was expecting Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue to pop in at any time. Was there for a couple ofhours and it seemed that when every waitress or bartender was done their shift, they sat at the bar and had a drink which is notcommon practice in the service industry at all. One of the waitresses thought it was the proper time to remove her hairextensions and not only wave it around but sit it on the bar. I watched these 2 old ladies who should?ve been cut off probably ahalf hour before we got there at 8pm put their bare feet up on the bar multiple times while trying to hit on guys 1/3rd theirage. The staff or manager definitely should have said something or escorted these women out. Lastly, once this one bartenderwas done her shift, she sat at the bar and tried to ?secretly? take shots with the manager Mark and one of the otherbartenders. The place is just very unprofessional, service is at the bottom end of mediocrity and I?m sure it won?t be longbefore they succumb to the same fate as Fuddruckers.
