There is so much to love about this restaurant / store oh, the first time I ever experienced Filipino food was while I was in... the Marine Corps, this little but has some very delicious food and there are also some groceries there that you won't findelsewhere, I highly suggest trying the garlic cracker nuts since you have never had them, a very tasty snack. Otherwise forrestaurant style food, you can never go wrong with the lumpia, pork adobo, pancit Canton, barbecued pork skewers or believe itor not the goat stew which is very spicy and delicious. My husband and I stopped in the store for the first time Thursday night. First of all, when we walked in, we weren?t even... greeted by the staff. Then the food didn?t really look that great to begin with but we decided to try it anyway. My husband andI have eaten Filipino cuisine before when stationed in Korea and this food tasted nothing like that????. The beef stew was toovinegary, the empanadas were unusually sweet, and the veggies tasted salty. My husband and I were highly disappointed. This is the only Filipino restaurant near us and although they have good food and essentials we need, it is very unorganized.... There are some dishes that seemed sugar was added and if you?re not on time to get the food ordered for catering, it will begiven to someone else. The wait to be checked out takes a while, too. They answer the phone while checking a customer out and,actually, caused one of our orders to be messed up. They should invest in a second register.
